The acquarium didnt match the one in Monterey, but the nautilus and rainforest/butterfly sphere were well worth the trip.

We watched a 3-d bug movie...ironically enough sponsored by Terminix... pretty cool stuff having never seen a 3-d movie before. It was a kids movie and all the chillins starting whining when the protaginist of the movie, a butterfly, was eaten by a mantis. I laughed. Does it say something about me that I laugh at the site of children crying? I think its more laughing at the tired and voided expression of the now apathetic parents watching their offspring flail about like grounded fish I find humerous.
This gargartuan seabass isnt done justice with the picture because theres nothing to put it to scale.

We also met up with Mom's college room mate Sandy, and her husband and son John and Eric for a picnic lunch.
There were musical performances playing in the park(capoera, salsa band, taiko drumming)and after dining on zinfindel, melted cheese and chocolate almonds, and sourdough we headed back home to Stockton to start 8 loaves of bread for an event at M2 the next morning.

Tell you one thing, california living is busy.
