Ali had a cruise planned for Monday morning down the Cuyahoga river, which was for her work. For all those who dont remember, thats the river famous for catching on fire and not being able to be put out (lit on fire several times prior actually, but easy to put out then).

The tour went down the river and gave awards to individuals who put in years of effort to clean the river up. The river still looked gross and was littered with dead fish and debris, but I guess it was clean relative to how scummy it was a couple years ago. Ali said the EPA lowered its classification to heavily polluted to just partially polluted...Go us!!!
After the cruise I had the doubting task of 20 hours of driving to pick up Cousin Sarah in Denver and 6 hours from the airport to Arches National Park. 26 hours of driving in 2 days. Not something I want to remember for the rest of my life.
I arrived several hours before Sarah's flight was scheduled to land, so Guida and I hit a local gym with a free trail day offer and worked on our tri, delts and Lats. I napped under a cool bridge filled with Swallow nests and watched them dare each other to fly through my open windows. Then a lightning storm hit and Sarahs plane landed on the wrong airport and had to refuel and then wait for the storm to end and land in Denver. In short, airport police yelled at me and I sat in a gas station parking lot for 3 hours.
Sarah finally arrive and we started the long haul to Arches national park. Nothing like a 3am arrival to start your road trip. wooo..road trip Spring Break! Woot Woot!
