Solar jerky


To keep the sanity while studying for the Bar I concocted a high-tech, high-powered solar oven...by this I mean I wrapped a box in aluminum foil. I made 2 batches of jerky. Over works well for that purpose getting well over 200 degrees. It was delicioso. Although the above 1/2 pound of meat shriveled to almost nothing.
