Sara's Birthday Eve

Alex's mom, Sara, was born on Christmas day. As part of the family tradition (as of recent), we all met at Mandalay, a Burmese restaurant in SF on Christmas eve. It was quite a rambunctious evening, per normal with the Rosalsky/Rath get-togethers; and Milo and Lloyd shared stories of their trip on el camino (Spain).

On Sara's birthday (Christmas day), we had a lovely hike in Sonoma with Alex's Aunt/uncle/cousins. For Dinner I cooked a roast via my Sous vide hack (via crock pot); it was the most delicious roast I have ever had. Let me know if you are interested about talking about my new cooking technique.
