We live in a neighborhood called Bernal Heights, albeit a few blocks from the pinnacle for which the name derives. In my early morning take-the-dog-out-to-poop walks, the view is all but immeasurable. I haven't done a post in a while, so decided to submit the hogepoge of photos I've accumlulated over the last month.

WORK RETREAT
I'm part of the Health-eheart team that recent won a large NIH grant to expand from Heart to total person and take the initiative more nation-wide. The retreat was a 2 day event at Jenner Beach. Quite the beautiful drive. The meeting itself was very uninteresting.
