Valentine's day this year corresponded with Alex's friend's 30th birthday. So, to celebrate the milestone, she organized a party bus to drive us around San Francisco. Originally, it was supposed to drop us off at bars; so we could go from drinking on a bus to drinking in a building. But due to the unseasonably warm weather, we decided to go to monuments around the city instead.
First stop was Treasure Island (right off the Bay bridge). Where we stopped, drank a beer, admired the view, and headed to the Golden gate bridge. In short, there was a lot of beverage sipping.
(not my valentine date)
The next morning, Al and I headed into the Marin headlands for a lengthy hike. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful stroll. The old bukers were filled with cool graffiti.
